At Anomaly, we strive for perfection, but we understand that sometimes a piece doesn't fit your unique vision. We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original garment bags and mailing box, ensuring all tags are attached and the package is securely sealed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our studio inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
